PCA Economist Presents 2010 Residential Forecast

Real estate and the housing market used to be ruled by three Ls:  location, location, location. Now, three different Ls are impacting the industry: lending, labor, liens. 

According to PCA Chief Economist Edward Sullivan, tight lending standards, high unemployment, and a record number of foreclosures have had the biggest influence on the housing industry and relief in these areas will signal its rebound.
