PCA Joins Bellefontaine Celebration
Earlier this week, PCA joined the American Concrete Pavement Association in celebrating the 125th anniversary of the first concrete street.
PCA president and CEO Jim Toscas, along with industry and local leaders celebrated the occasion in Bellefontaine, Ohio. Many give credit to the road as the start of our nation’s current infrastructure.
