Hamblen takes over PCA board chairmanship from John Stull, CEO of U.S. Cement for LafargeHolcim US.

“I thank John for his leadership in guiding strategic initiatives that reflect industry priorities,” said Hamblen. “My focus as chairman will be to look for ways that PCA can engage other associations in complementary and collaborative ways. “PCA is very fortunate to have such strong leadership on our Board, and I look forward to working closely with Allen during his chairmanship,” said PCA President and CEO James G. Toscas.
