Allen Hamblen

Allen Hamblen is President and Chief Executive Officer of CalPortland Company, a division of Taiheiyo Cement Corporation based in California that manufactures and distributes concrete and construction supplies in the Western United States and Canada. Hamblen was appointed President and CEO of CalPortland in 2010 and prior to that served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Hamblen has been in the cement and aggregates industry for more than 30 years. Prior to joining CalPortland, Hamblen served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Glacier Northwest, a mining company based in Seattle that was also owned by the Taiheiyo Cement Corporation.
