    Employee Benefits

    PCA cares about the physical and mental health of our employees and their dependents. Benefits for eligible employees include comprehensive medical, dental and voluntary vision coverage. Employees also have access to life and disability plans and an employee assistance program.

    Paid Time Off

    All regular full-time and part-time employees routinely scheduled to work at least 30 hours per week, who have completed relevant waiting periods, are eligible for paid holidays and floating holiday leave; sick/personal leave; and parental, worker’s compensation, family medical, funeral, military, and civic duty leave.

    Professional Development

    PCA sponsors an education assistance program and encourages qualifying employees to improve their skills and performance by applying to our Tuition Assistance Program, in-house workshops, and training seminars.
