Performance of MnRoad Lower-Carbon Concrete Test Sections

The MnRoad cold region pavement testing facility celebrated its 30th anniversary with the construction of eight lower-carbon concrete test cells in addition to the 16 test cells built in 2022. Pooled funds from the National Road Research Alliance (NRRA) helped fund the research as part of its goal to improve the future sustainability of our roads through research and a commitment to cooperative implementation. Mr. Thomas Burnham is the rigid pavements lead for the NRRA and will provide an update in this webinar on the lower-carbon concrete paving research taking place at MnRoad.
