Headquartered in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, Buzzi Unicem USA stems from the merger, early in 2004, of RC Cement (Buzzi Unicem SpA) and Lone Star Industries (Dyckerhoff). It serves the Midwest, Southwest, Northeast, and Southeast sections of the country.

The company’s seven cement plants, located in Cape Girardeau, Missouri; Chattanooga, Tennessee; Festus, Missouri; Greencastle, Indiana; Maryneal, Texas; Pryor, Oklahoma, and Stockertown, Pennsylvania, have a production capacity of approximately 9 million metric tons.

Buzzi Unicem USA also operates 34 cement terminals across the country, which distribute its cement products to more than 30 states. Buzzi Unicem USA has more than 1,400 valued employees and supplies Portland and masonry cement products to ready-mix concrete businesses, highway and airport paving firms, concrete block companies, and concrete product firms.

Globally, Buzzi Unicem SpA operates in 14 countries and employs nearly 10,000.
