Founded in 1938, the PCA Library holds one of the world’s largest collections of literature on cement and concrete. The library continually updates and expands its collections with important materials relevant to the cement industry.

    Film Archives

    Starting in the 1950’s, the PCA’s former Educational Films Bureau, began producing 16mm educational and promotional films on cement and concrete. The film archives digitized collection is an expanding audiovisual record of cement use and concrete construction from the 1940’s through the early 1980’s.
