Lyten
Lyten is a supermaterials application company at the forefront of innovation with the creation of a new class of nanocarbons, known as 3D Graphene. By incorporating 3D Graphene into concrete, Lyten has demonstrated remarkable improvements in strength and durability and enable concrete with reduced emissions.
Lyten’s proprietary processes permanently sequester carbon from methane in the form of 3D Graphene and utilize this tunable supermaterial platform to develop a myriad of decarbonizing applications. In addition to performance concrete admixtures, Lyten is commercializing high capacity lithium-sulfur batteries and next-generation infrastructure monitoring sensors.
In 2024, Lyten was awarded Fast Company’s #8 Most Innovative Energy Company and named one of America’s Top Green Technology Companies by Time magazine. The company lists more than 420 patents granted or pending and is currently manufacturing Lyten 3D Graphene material and its applications in San Jose, California.
