Votorantim Cimentos North America (VCNA) is a leading supplier of cement, concrete, aggregates, and sustainable solutions to support construction, modernization, and infrastructure in the U.S. and Canada.
Cement is produced by its St Marys Cement business with plants in Charlevoix, Michigan; St. Marys and Bowmanville, Ontario; and Port-Daniel–Gascons, Quebec, with a total production capacity of 8.2 million metric tons per year. Manufacturing is supported by grinding facilities in Detroit, Michigan, and Badger, Wisconsin, and a logistics network of 21 terminals located throughout the Great Lakes Region, along the North-Eastern coast of the U.S., and in Eastern Canada. St Marys also offers co-processing services under the Verdera brand, to repurpose industrial byproducts as raw materials and alternative fuels.
VCNA supplies concrete and aggregates through its Prairie Materials, United Materials, and Canada Building Materials (CBM) businesses, and concrete through its Superior Materials business. VCNA is part of Votorantim Cimentos, headquartered in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
